Spymaster : A 2 Player Coop CAVE Experience

Design challenge :
The challenge given to us for this assignment was to come up with a compelling and engaging storytelling experience in a unique platform called the CAVE. CAVE was a 3 screen + DMX Lighting + moving platform setup.
We brainstormed multiple ideas and came to a conclusion to use physical interfaces using Phidgets and make it a multi-player experience.
Our first iteration in the first week was a 2 player competitive experience which didn't end up working really well because of the nature of the CAVE. We then converted the experience to a cooperative one.
We augmented the setup with physical props like ID tags and manuals that the guests could use for their experience and to go with the theme.
Contributions:
Tech : Unity , Phidgets , DMX Lights
Gameplay programming : Implemented framework for the timeline of events for the entire experience.
Interactions : Interaction design for the physical pseudo morse code gadget made using phidgets (two buttons and one slider)
Audio and Lighting : Setup and implemented all the audio for the game and used CAVE's DMX programmable lighting for a sequence in the game
